Once upon a time there was a web site that was under construction and it took a long time to build and the person building it was getting impatient about how long it was taking but at the same time that person was really trying to make it clean and elegant and just a great overall web site so that people who looked at it would not recoil in horror at some minor glitch that was just handwaved away.
