I tend to dive a little too deeply into some things and maybe could be accused of overthinking sometimes. Case in point - during the construction of this site I encountered lots of little traps. It's hard for me to actually publish something without having tried to get things right.

Trap: Menu items for the overall site

What should the main menu have in it? What should each item be called? Overall I started out going for a minimal look but minimal can easily tip into obscure - as in too few items means each item won't be very specific. Once I chose the main items, what to call them? Believe it or not, I actually searched around the web to see what other people do and what other people recommend. This led me to POST, ENTRY OR ARTICLE? on Daily Writing tips. So I settled on Articles.
